Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist with administrative skills to join our Hunter Valley Service Centre, based at Rutherford. This is a full-time position and hours are 8am - 4pm. This role will require you to utilise your warm and friendly personality to ensure visitors, contractors and Komatsu personnel are welcomed to the facility. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of reception, you will utilise your administrative experience to oversee the fleet coordination and management of the Company's vehicles.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure all visitors are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner.
Attend to phone calls.
Entering of timesheets into SAP.
Allocate site correspondence and organise daily inter office couriers.
Manage travel for personnel and ensure timely action of all changes as required.
Assist Managers with reconciling their travel expenses.
Coordinate office catering and supplies.
Ensure meeting rooms are presentable and manage bookings
Review and monitor leased vehicle fleet to reduce leased vehicle spend and smarter planning of fleet.
Coverage of NSW Service Administrator role during times of leave.
Assist with site inductions.
Provide general administration support to departments as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Certificate III in Business
Sound knowledge and understanding of administrative practices.
2+ years in previous reception position.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Self-starter and ability to work autonomously.
Well presented with the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a professional manner.
Proficient in MS Office,
Previous exposure to SAP, Concur and travel booking systems would be desirable.
Understanding of Damstra and Pegasus induction systems highly desirable.
Current driver's licence.
