 
        
        A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with a market leading manufacturer of generators. With over 30 years history, this company is 100% Australian owned and represents some of the world's leading brands including Cummins, Caterpillar Electric, Kubota, Hyandai and Briggs and Stratton. 
This role will be based at their office in Salisbury QLD. They are seeking an all-rounder who will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for a range of duties including: 
Responding to incoming customer sales enquiries 
Providing information and advice regarding orders and timeframes (or identify requirements and transfer to appropriate department) 
Providing support to the Sales Team as required 
Pro-actively following through with customers to ensure a high level of customer service. 
To be considered for the opportunity, we are seeking: 
Proven experience in a customer service focused internal sales role 
Valuable all-round administrative ability, including competent keyboarding skills and a high level of attention to detail 
Confidence learning and using a range of computer systems 
Well developed time management skills with a task driven approach and proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure 
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
The ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team 
Availability to work full-time hours Monday to Friday
