We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert support to priority acquisition and sustainment programs ensuring trade control obligations are met.
The role involves analysing and interpreting legislation and policy across regimes such as ITAR, AECA, DTC Act, and European legislation.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on international trade controls in a dynamic defence environment.
* Analyse and interpret legislation and policy to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders managing sensitive information with discretion.
* Balance competing priorities while communicating clearly and confidently.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience providing support services to programs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent understanding of trade control and export control frameworks.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
