We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Ultra Tune Currimundi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day‑to‑day operations of our busy automotive workshop. This full‑time position is located in Currimundi, Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing professional advice.
* Booking in customer vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
* Liaising with our qualified technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
* Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing their expectations.
* Handling customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner.
* Ensuring all workshop documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Promoting and selling additional services and products to customers.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems.
