A reputable and growing Canberra-based business is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone with solid bookkeeping or accounting experience who enjoys working across day-to-day financial operations while supporting a busy and professional team.

The role can be tailored depending on experience, making it suitable for both experienced Bookkeepers and junior Accountants looking to step into a broader role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Daily bookkeeping and financial administration
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and account reconciliations
Invoicing and payment processing
Payroll support and superannuation processing
BAS preparation and reporting support
Liaising with external accountants and management
Maintaining accurate and compliant financial records
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Strong understanding of financial processes
Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB or similar preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication skills
