Revenue Supervisor
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this hands‐on leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational billing, revenue assurance, pricing maintenance, and contract administration across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead daily billing and revenue processing across transport, warehousing, 3PL and freight forwarding operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
* Ensure all transactions are correctly captured, rated and invoiced in line with customer contracts and agreed pricing.
* Monitor unbilled revenue, resolve discrepancies, and support month‐end reconciliation and reporting.
* Identify revenue leakage, pricing inconsistencies and billing gaps, conducting audits to strengthen revenue controls.
* Maintain and manage pricing schedules, rate cards and contract billing rules across systems (e.g., CargoWise, Business Central, Ignition).
* Coordinate pricing updates, contract changes, renewals and onboarding of new customer billing structures.
* Review billing exceptions, manual charges and overrides to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Lead and support the Revenue Administration team, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, coaching and development.
* Build strong relationships with Operations, Customer Service, Commercial and Finance teams to resolve billing issues and improve data accuracy.
* Manage internal and external billing queries professionally and escalate risks or issues where required.
* Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
* Maintain clear procedures and documentation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Qualifications
* Experience within logistics, transport, 3PL, warehousing, or freight forwarding environments.
* Background in operational billing, revenue assurance, or revenue administration.
* Strong understanding of customer pricing structures and contract‐based billing.
* Experience maintaining pricing schedules and billing rules.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience, with a team‐oriented approach.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
* Strong problem‐solving capability and a process‐driven mindset.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue integrity and business outcomes.
* Highly organised, deadline‐focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build cross‐functional relationships.
* Practical, hands‐on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
