Debt Recovery Assistant Opportunity
This flexible role can be tailored to suit your needs, with a weekly commitment of 8 hours spread across a few days or one day per week.
Main Responsibilities:
* Effective management of the firm's debtors, adhering to debtor policy and deadlines;
* Close collaboration with our legal and administration teams, building strong relationships with clients;
* Handling debtor inquiries; and
* Preparation of regular debtor reports for the Executive Committee.
Experience Required:
Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in similar roles and possess knowledge within the legal profession or professional services. Key attributes include:
* Attention to detail and accuracy;
* Familiarity with trust accounts operations;
* Able to build successful relationships with clients and professionals;
* Understanding of complex bills;
* Persistent and diligent approach to work tasks;
* Judgment skills in determining when to apply pressure or make allowances;
* Meticulous record-keeping abilities;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
