Our client is a global leader in the graphics and signage distribution space. They don’t just sell products; they set the industry standard. We are looking for a technical \"guru\" to take full ownership of their Australian training and application department.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and deliver high-impact workshops, certifications, and hands-on demonstrations across Australia.
* Act as the subject matter expert on wide format digital printing, workflow software (Onyx/Caldera), and lamination best practices.
* Show, don’t just tell. You’ll be applying everything from window and wall graphics to complex architectural finishes.
* Take an organised approach to creating new training content and learning pathways that keep customers ahead of the curve.
* Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure training aligns with market trends and drives customer loyalty.
Who You Are
* You likely have a background in signage, print, or graphics and have \"lived\" on the production floor.
* You are highly proficient with RIP and workflow software and understand the nuances of colour management.
* You are comfortable presenting to a room of professionals, whether it's a small workshop or a large industry event.
* You can manage a national travel schedule and your own training assets without being micro-managed.
* You enjoy getting out of the office and are happy to travel frequently across Australia to support the customer base.
