Your Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, holistic emergency care
in small hospital settings, often as the sole RN on shift, managing a broad spectrum of presentations.
Perform triage
using the Australian Triage Scale (ATS).

Provide comprehensive patient care

Work closely with local GPs, paramedics, and allied health teams in

What We're Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted).
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including substantial emergency department experience in Australian settings.
Proficiency in:
Australian Triage Scale (ATS)
ALS (Advanced Life Support)
Venepuncture and cannulation
Confident working in small teams or independently in MPS settings, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of emergency and generalist nursing principles.
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills across a diverse patient cohort.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
Open to travel and 4-12 week locum contracts in regional/remote Australia.
Sunrise EMR experience (preferred for SA placements) - training can be arranged.
