 
        
        Provide confidential secretarial, administrative, digital dictation/word-processing and personal support to the Judge/s; 
- maintain effective office systems (manual and computerised) which support the Judiciary; 
- screen visitors and incoming telephone calls to avoid unnecessary interruptions, and attend to all visitors extending suitable hospitality; 
- maintain administrative spreadsheets and/or databases as required; 
- attend to general administrative duties including supply of stationery, preparation of invoices for payment, photocopying, filing and tracking of incoming/outgoing mail; 
- provide high levels of secretarial, keyboard and/or desktop support; 
- liaise with members of the Judiciary and their Associates, other Court personnel and officers at various levels of the Department of Justice and other government agencies; 
- work within a team environment and assist other team members with secretarial and clerical support when required; 
- Other duties as directed by the Executive Assistant to the Chief Judge, Executive Assistant to the Judge Administrator and/or the Manager, Judicial Support.
