Our client is a tech-savvy, fast growing established public practice accounting firm with a large portfolio of HNWI/Gs clients & large entities that require an experienced Senior Bookkeeper.
Duties
Managing a portfolio of clients
A high level of Communication and Client satisfaction is a top priority
Data entry and management of customer invoices and payments
Data entry and management of supplier payments and expenses
Facilitate Debt Collection process
Managing payables and receivables, and bank reconciliations
Payroll Management of multiple clients, BAS, PAYG and Superannuation
Cash flow management and projections
Monthly, quarterly and EOY reporting
Maintain quality control across the organisation
Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations
About You
Xero advisor and MYOB-certified
5+ years book-keeping experience in Top-100 or large boutique firms (ideal candidate)
Proven ability to manage large multi-entity SME portfolio – unsupervised
Service driven with a capable and confident communication style
Ability to work in a team cohesively and collaboratively
Highly organised and strong time-management skills are a must
Able to problem solve and a strong attention to detail
