Our client is a leading not-for-profit aged care service provider, a market leader delivering valuable services to the community.
They are looking for a client-centric accounts payable & receivable officer to join their supportive and collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a respected organisation committed to care and community.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and prompt processing of invoices, setting up new customer accounts, handling trade references and invoice requests, and managing accounts receivable to ensure outstanding debts do not exceed 30 days. Your strong negotiation skills will be key in maintaining positive debtor relationships and ensuring timely payments without compromising ongoing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for stakeholder engagement. You can also work full-time or part-time over 5 days
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Proven capacity to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work accurately and effectively within a team environment while managing your priorities and deliverables.
