What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing respectful personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Supporting clients to participate in their community and social events
- Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household duties
- Following and implementing individualised care plans
- Creating a secure, positive, and inclusive environment
- Building meaningful connections that inspire independence
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Police Check (issued within the past 6 months)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with insurance (comprehensive or third-party property damage)
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability support sector
