Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled piping installation specialist to fill a critical role in our project. This position plays a key part in ensuring the effective assembly and maintenance of piping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with pipe fitting, bending, and assembly tasks as directed by senior trades
* Distributing materials, including pipes and other supplies, across the site
* Preparing work areas, setting up tools and materials, and maintaining clean and organized spaces
* Inspecting and maintaining tools, equipment, and pipes for quality and safety
* Supporting in positioning, securing, and testing of pipe assemblies
* Collecting and returning tools and equipment, ensuring they're in good working condition
* Maintaining compliance with all site safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE)
* General site housekeeping and assisting with logistics as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in pipe fitting and installation
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
