About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide complex, specialised nursing care to clients and families living with life-limiting illness. Your role will involve: - Conducting home visits and comprehensive holistic assessments - Providing symptom management, emotional support, and education - Coordinating care with GPs, allied health, and specialist teams - Advocating for patients and families to ensure individualised, person-centred care You'll work autonomously while being fully supported by a skilled and compassionate team, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of your patients and their families.
