They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of the project from day one.

What You'll Be Doing Leading day-to-day site operations and supervising all trades Overseeing scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and site progress Maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards Building strong working relationships with subcontractors Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure program alignment Managing site reporting, documentation, and general administration What You Bring Proven experience in delivering structural new-build projects, ideally in education or institutional sectors.
