Joining the Perth team as a Document Management Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the team as the first step in processing Trade Finance transactions. With excellent attention to detail, a genuine customer service focus and a love of organising, you will make a positive impact on the team's ability to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinating the receipt, imaging despatch and management of shipping and other documents that support the Trade and Guarantees teams within Global Trade and Receivables Finance.
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all work is processed within guidelines and appropriate timescales, escalating unusual transactions.
- Contributing to the identification of opportunities for process improvement.
- Ongoing evaluation of the operational risks inherent in the processes related to your work, raising any concerns with Line Management.
Requirements
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Experience in a corporate document management environment or familiarity with handling shipping documents which is an advantage, but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently organise a high volume workload to effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- A genuine customer service ethic with a focus on quality and fast turnaround.
