Job Title: Culture & Inclusion Strategist
Job Description:
This role focuses on driving initiatives that embed organisational values, enhance employee wellbeing, and champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) at our workplace.
We're looking for a dedicated individual to work closely with the Head of Organisational Culture and Inclusion to implement strategies that create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Consult, co-design, and implement initiatives to foster a culture aligned with our values
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives and proactively act on feedback
- Support and report on DEIB progress, identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Apply change management methodologies to support effective communication
- Act as a trusted source of truth across P&C for culture and inclusion programs
- Partner with other P&C leaders to integrate culture, safety, and inclusion practices
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of DEI strategies and programs, including their development and delivery
- Proven experience in employee listening strategies, including designing and deploying engagement surveys, conducting focus groups, and interpreting feedback
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders effectively
- Experience in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Skills in analysing data and reporting on DEI impact, including insights derived from employee listening
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
