The Role
As Client Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Custodian of the end-to-end client experience, including being the first point of contact.
- Coordination of the client’s service needs, including tax planning, management reporting, annual taxation, BAS etc; Preparation of financial statements.
- Budgeting, costing and forecasting for a range of clients across diverse industries.
- Preparation and presentation of management reporting and data driven insights.
- Support the management team in the timely delivery of work.
- Support junior team members and provide input for their development.
About You
- Commerce Background.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Australia.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Experience with change management.
- CA/CPA desirable, not required.
- Systems based experience.
- Drive for continuous professional development.
- Keen to learn how different businesses operate and what makes them tick.
- Enthusiastic about exploring systems, processes, and operational workflows for efficiency improvements.
- Willing to share knowledge and mentor junior team members to support their development.
