About the position:

This is a high-impact operational role supporting Xbox leadership and marketing teams across the APAC region. As the Operations Coordinator, you will own the administration, governance, and optimisation of marketing operations, ensuring funds are managed accurately, campaigns are executed cleanly, and reporting aligns to business outcomes.

You will bring structure to fast-moving teams, act as the operational backbone of marketing execution, and serve as the key link between regional stakeholders, partners, and global teams. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, naturally inquisitive, and confident seeking answers in complex environments.

What You'll Bring:

* 2-3 years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Administration, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
* Proven experience managing budgets, payments, and operational processes
* Background supporting complex, cross-functional programs across ANZ or APAC.
* Demonstrates maturity and can manage confidential information appropriately.

Operations & Fund Administration

* Own end-to-end marketing budget administration, including planning, tracking, reconciliation, compliance and reporting
* Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, and proof-of-execution processes through internal systems
* Ensure accurate and timely management of partner marketing investments and payments
* Monitor spend against plans, flag risks early, and support leadership with clear financial visibility

Operational Excellence & Process Management

* Act as the primary operational contact for Xbox marketing across APAC
* Build/Own Standard Operating Procedure for Operations across APAC, maintaining and cascading updated workflows
* Promote consistency, efficiency, and strong governance throughout marketing operations and workflows by focusing on making processes more efficient and optimised
* Attention to compliance adherence and tracking across all touchpoints with marketing plans against all Retail Partner deliverables
* Identify process gaps, ask the right questions, and continuously improve ways of working
* Coordinate campaign execution across digital, social, retail, OOH, and partner channels

Reporting & Insights

* Track campaign performance, ROI, and operational metrics
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales leaders
* Maintain reporting cadence aligned with regional and global expectations

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

* Work closely with Xbox marketing, sales, finance, and partner teams
* Confidently engage with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation
* Support alignment between regional execution and global strategy

Core Capabilities

* Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
* Natural problem-solver with the intuition to seek answers and learn quickly
* Strong communicator with credibility across senior stakeholders
* Able to balance structure with agility

Technical & Analytical Skills

* Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, with strong Excel capability and confidence using reporting tools and dashboards
* Understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign tracking, and ROI
* Experience with project management tools and structured frameworks preferred
* Experience in using and user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
