About the Role
* Provide value‐add technical expertise and ensure safety across all project phases
* Lead planning, coordination, and execution and safety of engineering projects
* Collaborate with leaders, suppliers, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Manage scope, budgets, risks, and timelines
* Drive continuous improvement and compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements
* Support the growth and personal development of the team
About You
* Tertiary qualified in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and experience in the mining or gas/oil industries
* Possess a reputation of success in leading complex engineering projects
* Strong problem‐solving, leadership, and communication skills
* A trusted advisor to multidisciplinary teams with a personable disposition to collaborate to drive operational excellence
* Committed to quality, innovation, and safe work practices
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration
* A passion to build a culture of teamwork, integrity, and professional growth
