How you will be making an impact in peoples lives:
* Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
* Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance independence and work capacity.
* Identifying barriers and designing implementing and monitoring programmes that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
* Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
* Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications and What you'll bring to the role:
* Relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise, Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling and Social Work.
* Appropriate professional registration with ASORC, AHPRA, ESSA or AASW.
* Willingness to learn and impact positively on peoples lives in tangible ways.
* The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.
* Willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's licence and access to own vehicle).
* Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
