Add to this two glass swimming pools, conference and event spaces, Eleme Day Spa and a 24-hour fitness centre, it is an inspiring and invigorating Hotel full of energy and innovation.THE ROLE:Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for painting and general maintenance across Crystalbrook Bailey and Crystalbrook Flynn, and operates within a proactive and efficient team.Alongside painting responsibilities, you will also be involved in assisting with daily building maintenance operations and performing various tasks related to building systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance, energy management and fire/life safety. You will collaborate with the established maintenance team and communicate with both internal and external hotel stakeholders.ABOUT YOU:We are looking for an experienced Handyperson with established skills in painting, construction, building maintenance or related fields. A hands-on approach solution provider with a solid understanding of preventative maintenance principles is essential.The ideal applicant will have a current and proven track record in addressing a wide range of maintenance issues, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and workplace health and safety standards.
