About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Administrative Co-ordinator some of your responsibilities will include :
Maintaining accurate client records and data in Xplan and SharePoint
Supporting compliance documentation adviser diaries and internal workflow
Proactively supporting Advisers in delivering new business and ongoing services
Liaising with fund managers Centrelink share registries and other key stakeholders
Preparing client files reports and implementation documents including superannuation pension and investment portfolios
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in a client service or financial services admin role
Xplan experience preferred
Diploma of Financial Services (preferred)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
