Role Overview
This role is focused on delivering crisis support and intervention services to individuals experiencing domestic violence. It involves working collaboratively with the Queensland Police Service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support to victim-survivors of domestic violence.
* Operate in a co-response model with law enforcement agencies.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations and law enforcement agencies.
Essential Qualifications:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related field.
* Experience working with victim-survivors of domestic violence.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
