**Buying and E-commerce Admin Assistant - Part Time**

As the Buying and Ecommerce Admin Assistant, you will support the administration of the Merchandise and Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of Buying this role will take ownership of activities such as E-commerce order fulfillment, data management, customer service and general admin duties.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Part of the team maintaining our Shopify website including product maintenance, sales reporting and working with the buying team to ensure sales optimization
- Assist in managing new items and web inventory
- Involved with customer service, online inventory and website operations
- Product database and price change management (Omnichannel)
- Order and Invoice Management - entering orders into our systems (including SKU, product information for ranges) and collating information for Purchase Orders
- Communicating upcoming launches, price changes and promotional activities to cross functional departments
- Provide the Merchandise team with general admin support
**About you**
- Experience with maintaining websites (such as Shopify
- Some experience in driving pick and pack metrics, web order fulfilment and customer service processes
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Have the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Competent numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to determine own priorities with the adaptability to changing priorities as required
- Experience with merchandise software systems is a plus.
- Solid Administration skills and efficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
