Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Heatherton, VIC.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.
Daily tasks include account management, client communication, resolving issues, providing product information and support, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
The role involves working closely with businesses of various sizes to understand their needs and deliver tailored telematics solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical products and provide effective solutions to clients
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other management tools
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience in the telematics or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
