**About the role**
The key focus of a Customer Service Operator role is to provide an excellent customer experience whilst providing personal finance solutions. A typical day will include:
- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Complying with responsible lending guidelines and procedures ensuring loans are in line with policy and legislative requirements.
- Previous Personal Finance experience is not required, all required training will be provided on the job. Customer service, attention to detail and computer skills highly regarded.
- Proactively promoting Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business.
- Answering any questions about Personal Finance, maintaining an open and honest approach.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
