* Support pre-opening and operational rollout of the new multi-brand resort dining offer
* Implement menus, drive kitchen efficiency, and lead team development
* Contribute to cost control and kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
* Culinary trade qualifications
* Minimum 3 years in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a hotel or restaurant
* Demonstrated experience in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost control
