The Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN) is the peak body for Aboriginal business and economic empowerment across the Northern Territory.
We are a proud, Aboriginal-controlled organisation representing a powerful network of Certified Blak Businesses driving real jobs, wealth creation, and self-determined change.
NTIBN is seeking a bold, visionary, and culturally grounded Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth, influence, and transformation.
Reporting to an all-Aboriginal Board, the CEO will guide NTIBN's strategic agenda across policy, partnerships, and advocacy — ensuring Aboriginal business remains central to the Territory's economic future.
About You
You are an accomplished Aboriginal executive leader with:
* Proven success leading complex organisations and reforms across Aboriginal business, government, or community sectors.
* Deep understanding of Aboriginal procurement, workforce development, and Closing the Gap economic priorities.
* The confidence to negotiate at the highest levels of government and industry while staying grounded in community.
* The courage to speak truth to power and the vision to turn advocacy into action.

About the Role
As CEO, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing NTIBN's 2025–2027 Strategic Plan and embedding the Blak-First Economic Framework.
* Driving Aboriginal-led policy reform and economic advocacy at state and national levels.
* Building strong partnerships across government, industry, and community to advance Aboriginal enterprise.
* Leading an engaged team and fostering a culturally strong, high-performance organisational culture.
* Representing NTIBN's 460+ Certified Blak Businesses and advancing Aboriginal economic sovereignty across the NT.
