Senior Construction Manager Opportunity
This is a pivotal senior appointment designed to strengthen systems, processes and reporting for a commercial construction company delivering high-quality projects across education, government, aged care, commercial buildings and their own multi-residential developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all active projects, leading the project teams, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, program, and cost control. They will provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Senior PMs, Site Managers and Foremen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support all live projects from planning through to handover.
* Act as the escalation point for major commercial, program, safety, or quality issues.
* Ensure uniform delivery standards across all sites.
* Drive project programming, risk management and commercial performance.
* Implement consistent reporting and delivery frameworks across the business.
Requirements:
* Strong background in commercial construction with a reputable builder.
* Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects valued $1m-$30m+.
* High competency in construction programs, digital tools and project management software.
