Estimator Leadership Opportunity
* This role offers a chance to rebuild and lead an internal estimating function, influencing cost planning, tendering, value engineering, and project feasibility.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing accurate cost plans, maintaining targets, and analyzing design decisions to highlight potential risks early.
* Maintaining and improving internal rate libraries and benchmarks to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Leading GMP budgets, tender reviews, and value engineering options to optimize project outcomes.
* Supporting project managers and construction administrators during design, construction, and close-out phases.
* Capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future tenders and standards.
