Sales Consultant – 4x4 Accessories and Tyre Sales
As a Sales Consultant at 4x4 Customs, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of 4x4 accessories, wheels and tyres. This is a full‑time position based in our Capalaba, QLD location.
Hours – Monday to Friday – No Weekends
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right 4x4 accessories and products to meet their needs.
* Demonstrate and showcase our range of 4x4 parts, accessories and tyres to customers in‑store.
* Actively promote and sell our products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a neat and organised retail space to provide an excellent in‑store experience.
* Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
* Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a retail or sales role, preferably within the automotive or 4x4 accessories industry.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or sales role.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
* Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about 4x4 parts and accessories.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiastic and driven to meet sales targets.
* Must have valid Australian work rights.
* Current Australian driver's licence required.
* Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer skills.
