Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of professional Sales Consultants
* Drive consistent performance across new, demo, and used vehicles
* Oversee daily operations, sales processes, and stock management
* Monitor and report on KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance, presentation, and professionalism across all touchpoints
* Work closely with department heads to achieve group-wide goals
What You'll Bring
* Proven success as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in automotive retail
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in automotive retail
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* A data-driven mindset and commercial acumen
* Experience with volume and/or prestige brands highly regarded
* Genuine passion for customer service and brand excellence
* Current WA Driver's Licence
