This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for embedding a unified culture of safety, sustainability, and quality excellence, aligned with ISO and Federal Safety Commission frameworks.Through strong leadership, systems, and collaboration, the General Manager HSEQ will drive continuous improvement and assurance across all facets of RSGx's operations, with focus on the following areas of responsibility:Partner with state-based HSEQ leads and project teams to embed safety and quality across all phases.Develop and implement RSGx's Integrated HSEQ Management System (ISO *****, *****, ****).
Provide strategic HSEQ leadership, governance, and risk oversight.Ensure compliance with legislation and client standards across jurisdictions.Lead incident investigations and risk control strategies.Drive continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and corrective actions.Oversee HSEQ reporting, documentation, and performance analytics.Mentor and develop HSEQ professionals nationwide.Promote a strong HSEQ culture through leadership, training, and engagement.About YouWe're looking for a seasoned HSEQ leader with proven experience overseeing national safety, environmental, and quality strategies within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ISO standards, specifically ISO *****, *****, and ****, as well as a strong understanding of Federal Safety Commission requirements.You'll have a track record of successfully embedding safety and quality systems across complex, high-risk projects, and be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive performance and compliance.
