With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, they continue to grow and expand their operations.The RoleThis role will act as the 2nd in Command for Quality on site, with dynamic and varying duties day-to-day.Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Plan and relevant standards.Coordinate and deliver QA training across the site.Manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Oversee sanitation programs and pest control systems.Conduct GMP audits and implement corrective actions.Drive non-conformance investigations and implement improvements.Support internal and external audits, including compliance with HACCP and BRC.Monitor quality control processes from raw materials to finished products.Collaborate with departments to enhance food safety, quality, and compliance.Your BackgroundIn order to be successful in this role, you will have:Degree in Food Safety, Science or a related field.3-5 years’ experience in a hands-on Quality Coordinator role or similar.Food manufacturing experience.Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading direct teams.Experience with regulatory and customer standards - HACCP, BRC, Halal, CFMSR, Yum or Aldi would be advantageous.What's on Offer?Fantastic supportive culture and collaborative environment.Opportunities for learning & development and professional growth.Employee discounts on company products.Health and well-being initiatives.Free onsite parking.Excellent salary package on offer.If you would like to discuss this opportunity further, you can contact Katie at Blackbook Executive on 0484512649.
