Job Description
The Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for these retailers, driving sales growth and expanding market share within the convenience channel. This involves:
* Developing and executing joint business plans that align with both SodaStream's and the retailers' objectives
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth
* Analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to create actionable insights and optimize product ranging, placement, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled and strategic individual with:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the convenience or impulse-channel space
* Proven experience within the FMCG sector is essential
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in sales analysis and forecasting tools
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly regarded
