We're now seeking a capable Operations Specialist to join our small, high-performing team in Welshpool. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to step up, take ownership, and apply their experience coordinating drivers, managing client needs, and driving operational outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate daily operations for a fleet of Owner Drivers
* Manage job allocation, route planning, and customer support
* Build strong relationships with clients and drivers
* Ensure QA, safety, and compliance standards are met
* Conduct site visits and engage with drivers and customers
* Monitor GPS, scanning, proof of delivery, and reporting tools.
