You'll be trained and mentored by a Supportive & experienced Team Leader, with a supportive, fun team, and have the chance to build your skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
THE ROLES.
* Open Homes/Showing Properties
* Organise open home times
* Reception duties
* Manage enquiries from & Domain.com
* Prepare leases & process Leasing Applications
* Assist with routine inspections, entry/exit condition reports
* Communicate professionally with tenants
* Maintain accurate property records in PropertyMe
* Shadow a Senior Property Manager and develop your portfolio management skills over time.

THE PERSON.
**Ideally we are looking for some experience in the real estate sector – admin, reception, sales
* General Understanding of the Real Estate industry
* Certificate of Registration, Real Estate – Assistant Agent (ESSENTIAL).
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Valid driver's license and reliable car.
* Passion for real estate and client service excellence.
