Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective utilisation of resources to achieve optimal health outcomes for children and young people across Queensland.
This position is accountable for managing clinical services, ensuring an integrated service delivery model is in place.
The successful candidate will provide leadership that focuses on continuous improvement and optimises CHQ performance across seven dimensions: Patient Safety, Access and equity of services, Balanced budget, Workplace culture, Partnerships and integration, Prevention and health outcomes, Clinical education and research.
Clinical governance will be a top priority, implemented appropriately to monitor and improve the quality and safety of all services provided.
The individual will represent CHQ at various forums as required by the Director.
