Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing campaigns from open homes to application processing
- Conduct reference checks, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Liaise with tenants and landlords professionally and proactively
- Coordinate pest, building, and routine inspections
- Support the senior team with admin and management tasks
What You'll Need:
- Certificate of Registration (or Assistant Agent certificate)
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for real estate
