Join a global transport and logistics organisation that is expanding its operations and growing its customer service team. Based in a new, modern office in Erskine Park, this role is ideal for candidates with experience in call centre, customer service, transport, or logistics environments who enjoy fast-paced, problem-solving work. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with a focus on service excellence Coordinate delivery schedules and provide real-time shipment updates Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and transport operations Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues efficiently Monitor freight movements and ensure accurate communication with customers Maintain documentation and update internal systems Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Skills and Experience Experience in customer service, call centre, logistics, or operations roles Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems Logistics or transport industry experience (preferred but not essential) Reliable, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset Benefits Immediate start available Multiple job openings due to company growth Monday to Friday schedule (no weekend work) Modern office environment in Erskine Park Career growth opportunities within a global logistics company Why Apply?
