About the Role We are seeking a SAP Purchasing Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and inventory performance. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage purchase orders in line with demand and inventory targets Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, delivery and issue resolution Source and evaluate suppliers, quotations and tenders to achieve best value Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting and stock optimisation Maintain accurate data in the SAP system (products, suppliers, reorder settings) Coordinate freight and deliveries, including international shipments Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain Experience working with in a SAP or SAP S/4 HANA environment Srong understanding of procure-to-pay and inventory management processes Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills Confident communicator and collaborative team player Medium to Advanced Excel A flexible & adaptable attitude
