What’s Involved Collaborate in developing and monitoring comprehensive ICT budgets, providing key financial insights to empower effective decision-making. Ensure procurement processes are executed accurately and promptly, processing acquisition quotes, purchase requisitions, and invoices while adhering to internal processes to support the seamless delivery of ICT goods and services. Take the lead in proactively tracking and managing software renewals, ensuring continuous licensing compliance and uninterrupted service. Your efforts in hardware budgeting will support lifecycle management and operational readiness. Conduct in-depth expense and performance analyses to provide insights into ICT operational costs and optimise efficiency. Utilise ERP systems to enhance financial tracking, reporting, and operational administration. You’ll Need A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business, or significant progress toward it, alongside a minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience. A solid grasp of ICT operational processes, asset lifecycle management, and software licensing and renewal management. Proven experience in supporting ICT projects through financial analysis, procurement coordination, and performance reporting. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to facilitate informed decision-making.
