About Us
Adventist Senior Living is a ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (Northern NSW conference) focused on aged care across residential, home care and independent living services. A centralised corporate team supports the Lake Macquarie region and Northern NSW. The role reports to the General Manager People & Culture and contributes to the team’s objectives. The team provides centralised services and support including workforce design and planning, education and development, talent management, workplace health safety and wellbeing, volunteer coordination, employee relations and engagement support, and compliance.

About You And The Role
You are a motivated and experienced Business Support Officer with a background in Human Resources and a proactive, self-motivated working style. You will work with and support the General Manager People and Culture on various projects such as policies and procedures, reward and recognition, performance appraisals and management, training coordination, and internal communications.
Essentials For This Role
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within a Human Resources setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain; or current police check
- Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
