 
        
        We are seeking a Planning Officer to join our land use planning division. The role involves investigating, assessing and reporting on a wide range of planning matters including local strategies, subdivisions and development enquiries.
The Planning Officer will be part of an effective system for planning communities in Western Australia enabling communities where people want to live work and recreate. To be successful you need to demonstrate an accredited tertiary qualification in urban and regional planning or an approved equivalent. You must also be able to engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders on planning matters.
 * Research and collect data relevant to land use planning convey information in a clear and accessible manner through various written communication formats.
