About the Pharmacy Department The Pharmacy Department Mission Statement is: "Working together to provide optimum pharmaceutical care". Comprehensive pharmacy services are provided at the two main sites of Austin and Repatriation hospitals and also to Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre. Pharmacy staff participate in a coordinated work team via a roster system, and they work at different sites (as needed) in order to provide an integrated, high quality service to all pharmacy department customers.

About the role This position is to perform administrative duties which include data entry, appointment bookings and management, providing data and reports for the Pharmacy department. The position may be located at either the Austin Hospital or the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre. This is a fixed term role working up to 19 hours per week.
A regular day will see you:
Provide administrative support to the pharmacy departmentManage and enter outpatient appointment bookings into TrakcareAssist with data entry and administrative duties as requiredAbout you You will be someone who has excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
