Job Opportunity: Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of caseworkers in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable children, young people, and families.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily priorities and allocate resources effectively.
* Support caseworkers to deliver excellent service delivery through quality assurance and continuous improvement.
* Apply best practice casework principles to drive consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Manage and support staff with performance management, work allocation, and time frames.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and foster collaboration across the agency and with community partners.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Welfare, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in applying best practice casework with children, young people, and their families.
* Experience leading and managing teams in complex situations.
* A valid driver's licence.
