About the Role
Part Time

As a administrative resource you will require to work Part Time in the Cairns Office location, during the operating hours of Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm). You will need to provide consistent superior client service and provide high quality support and assistance to Financial Advisers and be a part of the support team to deliver client outcomes for PSK Private Wealth.

Your work day will compose of the following tasks & responsibilities, such as;

* Be the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email.

* Ensure the maintenance and compliance of client files in the XPLAN database (preferred).

* Manage administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols.

* Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities.

* Work effectively within your team to meet the needs of clients and peers.

About You

* Preferred experience in the financial sector.

* Microsoft Suite (MS) Office software preferred.

* Desired experience using XPLAN
