Rehabilitation Consultant Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a team that supports individuals in their recovery journey. This role involves using clinical skills to help people achieve specific health goals and return to service.
* Develop and implement rehabilitation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Apply nursing knowledge to facilitate the achievement of health outcomes.
* Manage and monitor rehabilitation progress, ensuring seamless case management.
* Conduct assessments and reviews to inform rehabilitation planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.
* Case Management experience is advantageous.
* Experience with professional documentation and report writing.
* Minimum 12 months experience working in your profession with full registration.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
Candidates with Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Osteopath, or Social Worker registration are encouraged to apply.
